The Air Marshal handle

The ‘Air Marshal’ handle came about when I needed to choose a screen name for my Full Tilt account. I had had a birthday gift of a one-hour helicopter lesson just prior, which was an amazing experience by the way, so aviation was on the mind. When ‘Air Marshal’ popped into my head it came with the logical poker spin on it: ‘Betting-with-Air’ is of course a poker term for a bluff so the ‘Air Marshal’ sounded more like ‘the-Marshal-of-Bluffs’. I thought that sounded cool so ran with ‘Air Marshal’!

After the Full Tilt shutdown I opened an account with PokerStars. ‘Air Marshal’ was unavailable so I opted with ‘Air Marshal1’!
